T for Tuesday-Tree Grape

This is tree grape or Jaboticaba, my neighbour has a tree and he gave me some to make jam. It is such an exquisite fruit that grows on tree trunks.

Happy birthday to Bluebeard and Karla B.

Joining Bluebeard and Elizabeth on T for Tuesday.

  15. Like Rita, I've never heard of tree grapes. But I love the color, and I suspect if you used a few to dye fabric (or paper), the color would show its beauty.

Thanks for sharing this new to me fruit for T this Tuesday. Sorry I won't be at WOYWW this week, since my ISP problems still exist.

  16. Happy T-Day! So sorry I'm late.
That is a new fruit to me, but obviously not to others. I hope it tastes as good as it looks. I wonder what size they are? Will you get a lot of jam from the amount your have there? :o))
